Rainbow Cakes!

For some family fun this week, the kids and I decided to make some Rainbow Cakes I found HERE on Pinterest.  Our cakes didn't come out nearly as beautiful as the ones in the photo, but the kids had just as much fun making them!  Next time, I'll use a white cake, instead of yellow, and I'll probably try the gel food coloring, rather than liquid.
